very cool, I have one in my arcade but its from the 70s so I don't have any electronics to fix.

I have it mounted on the wall in a bigger cab so I can store other arcade stuff behind it.

But keep with it, find a forum that can help u trace what part u need

I'll definitely be fiddling with it some this summer to check it out. For the 5.00 price tag it can sit for a while as I try to figure it out.

This showed up in the mail today. I had the disc only copy of the game but recently saw someone talking about bresoftware.com so checked them out. Got artwork and manual for a total of 8.00 shipped. Pretty pumped to have a complete copy now. Really good site for completing games. Don't remember who posted about it but ThANks!!

Garage sales are starting to kick in and I scored so hard this weekend. Found something I never thought I'd see in the wild in my area. Paid $25.

Everything's in there except the styrofoam. I'm so stoked to add this to the collection.
Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one who loves the Nintendo e-Reader.

I'm learning to make chiptune music in my spare time :P Check out my Soundcloud!

It's been a while since I've found anything worth mentioning. Got all the following at the same thrift store.

Image

Original GBA: $5

I didn't have an original model yet. The batteries in it were dead, and it was a little dirty with a couple scratches on the screen, but it cleaned right up and fired right up when I put some new batteries in it. I've only ever had an SP model, so I can really tell the difference between the two screens now.

Computer games:

7th Guest (2 disks): $0.75
King's Quest VI: $1.50
King's Quest VII: $1.50
Wing Commander III: $2.50

I have only ever heard about these games. I'm a little bummed about the lack of a manual for 7th Guest and King's Quest VI, but I'll live. By contrast, Wing Commander looks like it has more paperwork than it should. Some of it is extra instructional printouts that look like they were printed on a really old inkjet, but it also has some paperwork for Wing Commander: Prophecy, a game I searched for, but couldn't find. Ah well.

Yard sale hunting has really gotten much worse in the past year or two in my neck of the woods....90% of the time IF I find anything I ony fond crappy games for last gen consoles. (That said, I also passed on a VCS + a half dozen common games for $40 today...)

I snagged these for $16 total:

Very very sweet! What I really like about the retro Colecos are the unique VFD display. Uncommon for use in video games, but a very common light up display in most video players. This makes the Coleco Table Tops a very collectable item, I think almost up there with finding a Vectrex. One of the joysticks on mine was not quite working right, posted a Repair on it along with info on the Coleco portable series back in the Guides Section.

@ Michi - Nice Finds, now I want to play 7th Guest again. That haunting call on the Ouija Board "Come Back". :D

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the king's quest series. My favorite pc game has to be Gabriel Knight 2: The Beast Within.

I don't play new pc games but the old classic sierra games are the best

Bro picked up Shatter Hand for me and the guy also talked him into picking up Jimmy Connors Tennis so he picked it up as well after having me price check it.

Can anyone tell me why Jimmy Connors is worth $20+? Is it because its an early ubisoft title or something?
