Some other information on the guy, sounds like he finds them busted up and refurbishes them.

If you know electrical engineering stuff, fixing cabs is no big deal. The rest is surface reworking.

If you put in the work, something like this wouldn't cost tens of thousands or anything.

nice! looks like 90% of them are from neo-geo figthing stages (which is not a surprise). they remind me of "Mugen" stages.
