Is it only 10%? That seems very low. I actually cant remember a PS3 game that didn't install when I first put it in. Maybe I was doing optional installs.

Could just depend on the games you play too. I think a good 30 - 40% of mine are fighting games. None of which I can remember REQUIRING an install. But I generally DO install anyway.

I think only a couple of my Ps3 games required an install, but my ps3 collection isn't very big. I also always install when there's the option to though. Assuming you have the space there's no reason not to.

Will I still have to pay for Xbox Live Gold?

YES. The head of Xbox in Europe told The Metro: "Yes, we still see that as a chargeable service... I think that people understand that for a premium service that gives access to so many different rich parts of entertainment. Our consumers are happy and I think we represent great value there actually. If you look at the plethora of things available now through Xbox Live, particularly the Gold service and what we put behind Gold, we’ve got no plans to change that."

Will wait and see what Sony's plans are too. With all the stuff they will ALSO be integrating.. Well, it won't be free. Though they may still offer no frills free online play?

I see on the net some jokes about the X1 (yes im gonna call it like that) and the overall joke is "ps4: no console show games, X1: show console no games"

Now i watch the ps4 stream and i don't remember any NEW game for just the ps4... infamous 3... and that thing of konami... and that's it. Did i miss something?
