Anything that is gaming related that doesn't fit well anywhere else

I have every Metal Slug on every platform except AES.
Every Samurai Shodown on every platform except AES.
Every KOF on every platform except AES.

I do not have Gunlord. Passed on it. I do have Fast Striker and ordered XYX.

Well, it was too much of a Turrican clone for my liking.

The XYX I went for because I love shooters, but it will be the last MVS cart I add to the collection.

I foolishly collect many of the entries in a series. I also feel like I need to start from the beginning, even if I'm only really interested in one of the later sequels. It's really kind of nonsensical. I usually don't finish the first game in the series, then I have a bunch of sequels that I never play. Sometimes I'm kinda stupid.

Guess we are both stupid then...

Another thing that sometimes annoys me is series spanning different consoles.

I want all the games for one console together, but I also want all the games from one series together.

I also don't like compilations that don't have all the games in a series. Like HOTD 2 & 3 for Wii.

I like to do this sometimes.

I'm not too bathed in money, and I also still try to keep up with newer releases, so I can't always be full completionist mode with large series. Normally I'll try to get the first few games from a series, or all the games on some system.

Other times I don't worry about series though, and try to get a feel for the games on a system, or in a genre, or from a publisher, or released in a certain time frame. I try to expand along various axes depending on my mood I guess.

Half-Life (Technically there's 2 games ... technically there's 7, or 6 or however you want to count it.)
Onimusha (I'm missing the GBA tactics game D:)
Jak and Daxter
Viewtiful Joe (there's four games)
Arc the Lad
Lunar (I do not have the Japanese games and I don't have Eternal Blue on Sega CD ... I have all the others)
Doom (No N64 Doom, and I don't explicitly own Doom 1, but I do own Doom 2 and it has Doom 1 included. I also own 3 and it's expansion.)

It kind of sucks ... I have a lot of series' where I ALMOST have the whole series. Like Zelda (Oracle games, Minish Cap), Mario Main Titles (Don't have the Land games) , Resident Evil (Don't have 6 or most of the spin offs), Paper Mario (Missing the first one), and Metroid (Don't have 2 and Pinball, or Prime Trilogy on Wii T_T).

I'd say Final Fantasy ... but I don't even freaking know anymore. I think I have ... most of them? (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 10-2, 12, and a bunch of spin offs)

Is Doom 64 that bad? I have it on 32x and it's horrific :)

I was going to go for ALL Zelda titles until I saw the really bad CD-i versions and their prices.

Doom 64 is good, but I could see not considering it as part of the main series per se as it's a unique title instead of a standard port.

Doom 64 is a totally new game, is not a port. I think is good.
