I personally am working on the complete "Tales of" series. I own every English title and I've imported pretty much every main series title that hasn't received an English release. I'm missing mostly DS imports currently. I'm not too strict about having EVERY release iteration, just one, Ie Tales of Destiny II on PS1 and not the PSP re release.

Only other series I'm somewhat close to in this regard is Final Fantasy. This one is a joint effort between my lady and I at least.

I try. I just picked up Liberty City Stories, which completes my set of PS2 GTA games, and I only need a couple more to have all the SNES Loony Tunes games. Next on the agenda is to track down the last three games in the original Dot Hack series.
I'm not a glitch, I just have pixlexia.

That reminds me... I still need to get the last two G.U. games to complete mine. Why do they have to be so expensive.

Hmm let's see... I do make some effort to collect all games for a series I enjoy. I won't include all the series that have 3 games or less. These only include US releases.

I have every numbered final fantasy except 14, all the FFT and each release. I have every rerelease as well such as GBA and PS1 ports. I am missing some of the spin offs.

Every Ogre Battle series release.

Every Shining game except Sword of Hajya which I sold last year.

Every release of the Tales series.

Every Suikoden release including the 2 spin offs.

Almost every zelda except for a couple spin offs like 4 swords.

Every numbered Dragon Quest and a few spin offs.

Every Fallout except for the BoS.

All of the Fire Emblems

All of the Shin Megami games

All of he Breath of Fires

I only have a few, and I don't have an overwhelming interest to be a completist:

Halo Series
Metal Gear Solid - Console Versions and Most PSP Games
Sonic the Hedgehog (Game Gear, Genesis, Dreamcast)
Fantasy Zone (Master System)
Legend of Zelda (Excluding LttP, and Twilight Princess GC I don't own a SNES :(; have the Wii Version)
Animal Crossing
Diablo - PC Versions
Warcraft - PC Versions
Starcraft - PC Versions
Assassin's Creed: Console Games
Yakuza - minus Dead Souls.

Do most of you consider owning every version of the game to the T, like greatest hits variations, etc? That sounds extreme but I imagine some do it.

I collect(ed) Neo Geo MVS games.

I have them all except for the Quiz, Mahjong, and some of the homebrew titles. As for official releases however, I have every one including the Japan only releases. Some have encouraged me to get the Quiz and Mahjong titles but it's pointless to me because I cannot play them.

That is an impressive collection but doesn't really belong in this thread. Check this one out: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=42537
