Arcana Heart retailed for $30.00 brand new. The price hasn't fallen too much... $25 most places. Some are trying the sell it for $40 brand new, on account of it being a low print run Atlus game, released at the twilight of the PS2's life.

Anyway, seeing some gameplay really interested me. Would you guys say it's worth picking up at its current price? What is its current price, anyway?

I got it for 25 i think maybe a month ago. It's a good game.
Group of friends are currently playing it to death.

If you can believe it, the first arcade edition was released at the end of 2006! Why do we have to wait so long for home ports?!? The arcade sequel has already been out for months.

It's a game designed by Japanese developers for a Japanese market.

Arcades are still alive and thriving in Japan. Home ports only get made when the Japanese domestic arcade scene has died down. Western gamers are nothing but an afterthought.
