You would be surprised how much a lifestyle change can boost your self esteem.

This right here. Just knowing that you are starting to better yourself will do more for you then having a six pack. Hell even little things like just cleaning my room or doing laundry makes me feel awesome. Thing is though once you decide to start doing something to better yourself and you keep thinking about the end results chances are you'll stop worrying about little things like your boobs (I'm guessing they're little who knows you could have a nice full double d for all I know.)

Yes, because that's practically all of the girls at school, besides the really weird ones.

I used to question the whole "girls go for douches" thing, until recently. I don't know any girls who date guys they consider sweet, or interesting. They want guys with cut bodies or party hard alcoholic assholes. Nothing else really. I can't even get a second look. Even the "reformed slut" didn't go after a "sweet" guy until he slimmed down.

Yeah, if this is less about your self-esteem and more about landing a date then I think you need to broaden your horizons.

The people you seem interested in sound superficial and those aren't the type of people you want to be spending too much time with. People like that aren't worth your time and, moreover, that superficial mentality can really mess with your head. The world if full of people. Wait til you find the ones that are worth going after instead of going after ones that will just end up wasting your time.

There's really no rush to get a girlfriend anyway. College has a much wider variety of girls, and the older they get the more they mature in their tastes.

I don't know much, but I can tell you all about working out. I lost 14 pounds of fat and gained 26 pounds of muscle this year. I work out for martial arts, so I was motivated. Being physically feels awesome and that can be its own reward. I'm a small guy, too. By the way, I doubt those big guys are steroid users. They're probably on sports teams, and if that's the case, they go through testing. Even if you can never match their frame, you could possibly match their muscle definition (or important things, like endurance, cardio, coordination...)

That aside. Generally girls are attracted to good looks, but they're much more attracted to confidence. If you do meet a girl you think is worth it, make your intentions clear when you befriend her. That will make things easier for everyone, regardless of the outcome.

You must be young and around young girls because that totally changes as you get a little older. Develop your intellect and personality now and cash in your romance chips later. It will serve you in more areas than just women as an added bonus.

lol no, this is such a silly stereotype.

Sounds to me like the girls you're lusting over are already taken, ergo the guys they're with are automatically "douches."
