No shit nothing is certain, and no one suggested otherwise. But Stark said it could be, not that it will be. Microsoft registered a bunch of Xbox Fusion domain names, which leads to the possibility that it could be that name.

Pray tell me what would lead you to suspect that they call it Hairy Dog Shit Box? Would it be the numerous domain names with various combinations of "Hairy", "Dog", "Shit", and "Box"? Because they bought domain names. Xbox Fusion is something. It's enough to say it's plausible. To say otherwise is nothing but prickish trollery.
