I opened a ticket months ago - in addition to many messages to various customer service email accounts.
My ticket was opened in October of 2012 - status of case reads as "closed".
Which means someone literally opened the ticket where I requested a refund and either clicked a box or typed a comment of "closed" and never communicated to nor issued a refund.
