Let strength be granted, so the world might be mended...so the world might be mended.

Heroin was also pretty popular.J T wrote: I thought that was all anybody used in the late 90s.
Comedy copper.
and yes, my initial thought was heroin and not tang or hair color spray

8:30 is not early...REPO Man wrote:Got up early today, at around 8:30.
Went back to sleep shortly after and didn't get up until four hours later.

Man, I remember a time when I was capable of sleeping in to 8:30. Now the best I can do is 8ish on the weekends. And it's not like I'm having to get up on the weekends to do stuff, my body just refuses to sleep that late.puke_face wrote:RyaNtheSlayA wrote:8:30 is not early...REPO Man wrote:Got up early today, at around 8:30.

8:30?! The day is half gone!

It's early if I wake up at 8:30pm.

Damn sleep patterns. I can usually still get to about 9 on weekends, but I am right there with you Popo. I feel old when I am getting ready for bed at 10.MrPopo wrote:Man, I remember a time when I was capable of sleeping in to 8:30. Now the best I can do is 8ish on the weekends. I'm not a morning person. I wake up at 5:30-6 during the week, but I stay up late and sleep in on the weekends, sometimes past noon. The weekend is for my catch up sleep.MrPopo wrote:Man, I remember a time when I was capable of sleeping in to 8:30. Now the best I can do is 8ish on the weekends. I don't really get catch up sleep. Having a kid has pretty much taken that away...
It really isn't all that bad I suppose. Usually hit the sack around 10:30-11:00, then wake up at about 6:00-6:30. Also, I learned this the hard way; Don't use your kid as an alarm clock. On the off chance that my kid sleeps in, I'm late for work.
