Honestly, nobody deserves that. Its a matter of respect. Funerals and burials have so much emotional toll on family and friends, along with a certain amount of respect that has to be paid. Hitler was one of the worst men ever to live, but he deserved at least the respect that should be given to a fallen enemy.

It's like he tries his hardest to irritate people. Every word that comes out of his mouth is completely insufferable.

True story - I was a huge Burzum fan as a teenager. The first album was a completely blind purchase and I adored the archaic fantasy vibe it exudes. Followed up by checking out the next three. Years later I found about the arsons, murders, racism, and was like....... WUT.

Here's a recent blog post he wrote about how "revolting" the modern day black metal scene is. He ends the post with some pictures of pretty white European women to cleanse the reader's mind or some shit. I can't make this stuff up.

1. Varg is flat out plum crazy, but I still think Filosofem was a good album.

2. I read about the AILD thing, and my reaction is best summed up as "...what." It's one of the most bizarre musician arrest stories I've ever heard of.

I really don't care for what I have heard of their music, but they are one of the more well known modern metal bands amongst people that don't know much about metal bands.
