Just saw this and voted. Not sure I'll be able to keep up but I'd love to try!

Also, I just started playing Mother 3 with the kids and I have to say it is amazing! We just got to chapter 2.

Highly recommended. Easy to emulate. I own a JPN copy on GBA but am using the english patch on the Wii to play. Short ~30 hours to beat.

I'd be interested to know when this starts. I'm not gonna dive into another RPG on my own if we get this up and running.

Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions (PSP) is a remake of the original Final Fantasy Tactics but Final Fantasy Tactics Advance (GBA) is a spin-off and completely different game? That's the impression I get. I own all three, but have finished none of them.

I vote Final Fantasy Tactics. It's the last PS1 Final Fantasy game on my backlog and I'd like to cross it off.

That's correct. The GBA one is a completely different game.

I voted for Shining Force 2 and Tactics Ogre since I happen to have those two already. I'm pretty excited for this.
