i am seriously bummed out about jeff hanneman's passing. i usually don't get upset about people dying that i don't personally know, but this is a real bummer. haven't really gotten anything accomplished today. blasting the entire slayer discography through headphones in my office.

Chi Cheng, Jeff Hanneman. Both in a very close timespan. This year SUCKS for Metal. When I first heard that Hanneman passed away my initial reaction was "..You can't be serious" and then later following with "SON OF A BITCH!"

Honestly, there is no fucking reason to picket someone's funeral.
Honestly, nobody deserves that. Its a matter of respect. Funerals and burials have so much emotional toll on family and friends, along with a certain amount of respect that has to be paid. Hitler was one of the worst men ever to live, but he deserved at least the respect that should be given to a fallen enemy.
