I think the Lords of Shadow Castlevania games are great.

I don't think released this collection costs them a thing. I mean it's like a studio doing some slight editing and rereleasing a collection of their classic movies. Perhaps it's even a small project to train new recruits? I'm sure it doesn't get in the way of the new Metal Gear Solid game. Now what DOES get in the way of new games in general is the gaming industry itself, so tough luck there mate :(

No real reason to get this unless you skipped on buying MGS4 or the HD collection.
Yep, hit the nail on the head.

Now when they have a mega box set full of EVERY game in the series remade for 4K TV's with a giant hardcover artbook bathed in the essence of Kojima as a preorder bonus exclusive to Target (online only btw), then I'll be interested.

Oh, and remakes of Snatcher and Policenauts included for good measure.

A Snatcher and Policenaut remake/port or something would be so great! Those two games are just begging to be re released on the Vita or 3DS. With the right marketing, they could sell very well even outside of japan.

What the hell!?!?

I really would love to see another game by Kojima that has nothing to do with Metal Gear. A new game in Snatcher/ Policenauts style for 3DS would be cool. ZOE3 for PS3 would've been awesome. I mean I love Metal Gear but come on! Unshackle him Konami!

Kojima once mentioned being interested in doing Silent Hill, which could be really cool I think.

...but it'll never happen. He'll be stuck making Metal Gear forever.
