I just picked up a Sega Gen2 and CD for...
...$24 at goodwill. Deal? I haven't tested yet though...

That's a pretty good deal, if they both work. There are enough good games for the Sega CD that you'll get more than $24 worth of entertainment out of it.

Great deal if they work, poor if they don't. The Genny should give you no troubles, but the CD is known for being plagued with problems.
I have a ton of games listed at my store's site: Super Smash Video Games

btw, sega cd boots when plugged in!

Did it come with all adapters and cables? Make sure you don't use an NES ac adapter for the Sega CD or it'll blow the fuse. Also if you get a time/date screen everytime you turn it on then you will lose your saves when you turn it off. You have to replace the internal battery.....which isn't to tricky.
If everything is there and it works...good deal.
