You guys think anything of these body type deals? The Endomorph, Mesomorph, Ectomorph stuff?
I've been suggested that I should look into that for exercise info, but I'm not sure.

Also, as a regular coffee drinker (which contains natural laxatives), I never have to worry about too much blockage being painful.

Today I was grilling some burgers. While I waited for the grill to warm up, I started practicing my front-leg round kick on a tree. It makes a lot of noise when you put your upper body into it.
My dog, who had been watching the whole time, suddenly started barking and charged at me. Once I was away from the tree, he circled around it a few times, then sat and glared at me like he was protecting it. Then he peed on it and walked away.

God what happened to him? The predator, kill at will, Amerikkkas most wanted, and death certificate were all grade A rap albums. He took the politically focused rap ala public enemy and made it gangsta as shit.
