Was the hospital the one where all walls were in the blood covered texture?

Yeah, the series of screenshots where suddenly the walls vanished or were replaced by blood, strange deep red wells appeared, textures turned to a deep sanguine crimson. I mean, Hospital Horrors is a bloody map to begin with, but this was digusting. Goji and Xen had to listen to me over the microphone as things just kept getting worse. The screenshots disturbed them.

My friend Xentrix, my brother Goji, and I were playing Killing Floor on Steam together in a map called Hospital Horrors. This map is considered quite difficult because of its numerous enemy spawn points, its narrow and bending corridors, and a general lack of places to safely hole up to fight off the hordes of ZEDs that continue to attack in growing waves. Hospital Horrors is also well known for the amount of blood and gore it offers, being one of the nastiest in the game.
What I saw while playing it was far worse than expected. Upon spawning in, I followed Xen and Goji to the rooftop to try and make a stand there. We survived several waves and were heading down to refill ammunition, body armor, and get new weapons, when suddenly the walls vanished. What follows is a set of images that I can only think would lead to madness to witness in the real world.

The walls vanish, and blood textures start appearing in their stead.

What I can only describe as blood wells begin to appear, like black holes consuming all that approaches.

Entire rooms turn into blood-soaked vestibules of horror.

Multiple blood wells appear, like flying saucers. It begins to spread out and arch in various ways, so I am forced to navigate by the location of ruined furniture and debris.

These blood curtains begin obscuring even the debris after a while, making navigation nearly impossible. Thankfully I had my comrades to fall back on, as by now I am informing them of the horror and corruption I am seeing.
I survive several more waves of enemy assaults like this, where at any moment the floor drops away to gore-soaked madness and horror on an innumerable scale. By the eight wave, I rely entirely upon Goji and Xen to show me around.

I have no idea what normal looks like anymore. This is the world I now reside in. Blood for the ceilings, blood for the walls, blood for the floors.

Torn body parts and destroyed humanoid forms hang from the ceiling and smatter the floor with their gory offerings. I make sure to stick with my comrades while trying to describe the nightmare my world has become.

Goji waits patiently as I describe the bloody curtains which hang before us. The poor guy had no idea what he was surrounded by until he saw the pictures later.
Unfortunately, the trader spot was too far away, and we ran out of time on our way back. Hordes of freakish specimens overran us in the corridors, and in the blood-soaked agony, I lost track of both Goji and Xentrix. Specimens overwhelmed Goji first, and then myself. Xentrix was lost in the fray and never made it back to the roof alive.

If there were ramps in the game I'd still be playing!
