Dreamcast Weird Video Issue
Can anyone help me figure out what the hell is wrong with this thing?

My guess is a GPU issue, but I'm not sure.

Wow, thats a new one. Another vote for GPU issue. I mean what else's could it be?

I too will say that it is a GPU issue; I had a similar issue with my first Gamecube, anything that was a 3D object, even the large cube in the internal BIOS, would appear incomplete, almost like broken full of glass shards. I replaced the system board and it works like a champ now.
