Just got GBA Mario kart for the first time ever

Post by brainerdrainer »

I grew up with the SNES Mario Kart and that's about it for me as far as the series goes. Well I recently traded my Sega Genesis copy of Mortal Kombat CIB for a CIB GBA Mario Kart. Boy oh boy I'm loving this game a lot so far! Graphics are pretty sharp and game play is a blast. I looked up how to erase all the data of the previous owner so I can start fresh. I'm looking forward to many more hours of the GBA Mario Kart game.

That was my first Game Boy Advance game. I'm biased, but I think it's the best in its series too.

Many, many hours of gameplay in this one. It gets really challenging on 150CC too.

I thought they were all easy and always won 8)
Then again I used to play it ALL THE TIME because it was my favorite and I played it whenever I could.

Wait till you see --
the original SNES tracks that are also in it
That alone makes it money.

Plus, it can be had at a far better price than Double Dash on the Gamecube.

Although MKDS is my favorite in the series, I really like SMK, MK64 and MKSC because they are so much more challenging than the rest of the series. So much more skill is required to do well.

Another thing that makes Super Circuit so appealing to me is that you can turn items off. It makes MK a whole new ball game.

MKSC is a fun title. It, like most Mario Karts, is better in multiplayer, but SC has a solid single player. I never liked the coin system though.
