Pretty straightforward, click on the Giveaways dropdown at the top and click Create a Giveaway. Then choose the name of the Steam game from the list, give it a time range, and how many copies you want. Then you can (for the purpose of this thread) restrict it to the Racketboy Steamgifts group that you're a part of. Once you're all done you should have a link that you can modify to display a pic, etc. I would just quote someone else's post to figure out what the URL should look like.
