Also, Luke nails it like usual. All flair, no substance. That's the trouble with so many games these days. Quit with the ridiculous graphics and put some meat into the AI for a change.

I was actually going to say that about AA. It's reception for GOTY is more of a presentation type of thing, similar to what we were saying about Uncharted. Most people talk about voice acting, high quality graphics and cool atmosphere in regards to Arkham.

It does have a good combat system, but like I said, it isn't challenging enough to make it very stimulating.


It's a good enough game, but it's not a game that I would say has a lot of depth at all. From looking at a few videos, it seems like Metal Gear Rising kind of has a similar premise in its combat system as Arkham does, but it looks more rewarding and more fleshed out.

To give another Unpopular Opinion, I firmly believe that Metal Gear Solid VR Missions is the best Metal Gear title. While the actual Metal Gear games make me frustrated after a point, the VR missions gave me a fast espionage game that was like a multidimensional puzzle. Though I do love the opening cut scene from MGS2

I think you might have just got them mixed up. Golden Axe 3 never had a home port until Sega started releasing it on collections. Originally it was a Sega Channel exclusive.

I've only played VR for like, five minutes, but it looks a very fair opinion to me.


Concerning Metal Gear, Metal Gear 2 is better than Metal Gear Solid.
