Neo Geo Pocket TV Out + External Controller?

I was wondering if someone could modify a Neo Geo Pocket/Color to have TV Out and an external controller like people have with the GBA and Game Gear. I also ask if you could attach a controller to it with the NGPC's handheld joystick or, hell, even another NGPC. Is any of that feasible?
