Just picked up Steel Battalion + the online expansion pak!

Just picked up the game and controller and its new and never been opened! Also since the store manager has been trying to get rid of it for so long, plus I'm one of his best customers he gave me a $30.00 discount on it! So I walked out of there with a new Steel Battalion controller, game, line of contact online expansion pack and a used mint Xbox with component cables for less than $130.00. I'm debating if I should leave it sealed for collecting purposes but I really want to try it out. I'm really bad at leaving things sealed so why make myself suffer?

that game seriously fucking rules, i really wish i still had it. it's so fun to get into and the online community was very fun for a long time. i really wish i still had it. enjoy it!

It is an awesome game. If you really must keep it sealed, the game runs for $50 used at Gamestop - controller and all. I am trying to get another copy so I can do coop at home...

sounds like you got a nice deal. The game is only 50 bucks now? Awhile back they were going for three times that (or more) for a full set.

$250 - I tried to buy it several times but could not find it. Borrowed a friends in college, and only recently found out how cheap it is at Gamestop when I bought mine.

$50???? Wow -- I'd jump on that in a heardbeat --- that is, if I had an XBox. But that might be enough of an excuse (along with JSRF and Panzer Dragoon Orta) to pick one up

I always keep my eyes out for a good price on one of those, as I fell in love with the controller as soon as I saw it. I'd have to buy an Xbox for it, but it'd totally be worth it for that game. I'd also need something to put it on (don't have a table in my apartment suitable for it). But the awesomeness would win out.

Only way it could be better is if it was a PS3 game instead, since it'd be standard USB, and I could use it for Mechwarrior.
