weeeeird issue here, not sure if any of you guys could help out. not technically gaming related, but, yeah.
i have a vizio E220MV tv/monitor that i use pretty sparingly. hadn't hooked it up in a bit, and i hooked an old pc into it today to test a few things out. everything was fine for about 60 seconds then i get a huge screen filled with white noise, and then everything went black. turned off, turned back on, same issue. tried every other input (i was using vga, tried component, composite, hdmi, everything but coax) and nada. did i blow something? thumbing through the manual is not yielding any results. wondering if this is a known issue with these monitors or maybe it's just time.

Let strength be granted, so the world might be mended...so the world might be mended.
Re: vizio e220mv monitor issue
nah, haven't really had time to mess with it. i think i might take it to a shop around here and see if they have a compatible adapter that i could test it with, it'd be AWESOME if it was just a faulty power brick, but it's likely something more.Stark wrote:Yeah sounds like something went on it, did you ever figure it out?aaron wrote:weeeeird issue here, not sure if any of you guys could help out. not technically gaming related, but, yeah.
