Tetris - From Russia with love was actually really interesting to watch. Having Alexey Pajitnov say (paraphrased) "I didn't realize it, but the only thing you see is your mistakes" is pretty cool.
Video Game Invasion is good too.
Didn't like Indie Game
Haven't watched Ecstasy of Order - The Tetris Masters, but it looks good.

I caught this at MAGfest. I enjoyed it, and I also noticed the Tetris cab saw a lot more attention after the film was shown
