Was really bored at work today...

...and came up with this in my head:

Now this is the story all about how
My life got flipped, turned upside down
And I'd like to take a minute just sit right there
I'll tell you how I became the hero of a town called Hyrule

In Kokiri Forest born and raised
In the Lost Wood where I spent most of my days
Chilling out, maxing, relaxing all cool
And all shooting some slingshots outside of the school
When a couple of guys, they were up to no good
Started making trouble in my neighbourhood
I got in one little fight and Navi got scared
And said "You're moving with your auntie and uncle in Hyrule"

I whistled for a horse and when it came near the
License plate said "Epona" and she had dice in her hair
If anything I could say that this horse was rare
But I thought nah, forget it, yo homes to Hyrule!

I pulled up to a castle about seven or eight
And I yelled to the horsey "Yo, homes smell you later!"
Looked at my kingdom I was finally there
To sit on my throne as the hero of Hyrule.


It doesn't rhythm very well, and I'll probably be embarrassed by posting this later. But I've wanted to try something like this for a while and finally had the burst of semi-creativity needed to think it up.

Also I'm interested in seeing everyone else's versions, perhaps of different songs too.
