Damn. I was just reading earlier today how he had to cut back on the number of reviews he was doing because his cancer returned. What's more, he was quoted as saying, I'll be able at last to do what I've always fantasized about doing: reviewing only the movies I want to review.

RIP. :(

i just read about this too.

so sad.

I remember seeing his movie reviews back with siskel on sunday mornings when I was a kid.

He might have had some baffling views on certain films and gaming but he was an amazing writer and critic. He will be missed.
