This game is on sale on GOG. The reviews made it sound really good, so I bought it. I figured $3 is low enough to give it a chance at least. Got good hopes for this.
I feel old when talking to anyone my age yet too inexperienced to effectively talk to anyone older. Life is grand that way.

This game would've been 10x better had the developers included an option to turn off those attack wind-up animations. They absolutely killed the game for me.

I ended up buying it. You can get a physical copy for like $5 on Amazon.

It's not too bad, kinda slow though. I don't see myself finishing it any time soon.

Now that I think of it, the best Western "JRPGs" I've ever played were RPG Maker games. Not sure exactly what that means...
