Same here never seem to find anything though. We have four good wills in my area and I can seriously bet on any given day all four combined have less then 10 games altogether and of those 10 games 9 will be loose PS2 sports games with $5 price tags .

We are fortunate enough to have 4 rather large flea markets within 25 miles so I spend all my time running around those instead.

This is crazy, I was JUST telling my Wife about this game, and how it could be easily overlooked, and under priced because it isnt Mario,Zelda, or Pokemon. Awesome score!

First, great find harper! You found a valuable game that is <almost> worth the price it commands online.

Second, I agree with jay_red on this. I have found Shantae twice in the wild, and both times, I purchased it from flea market re-sellers that should have known its value.

My girl went to Goodwill the other day and finally found some stray games. Nothing big, just a few old black box games for a couple bucks.

The guy working there said that there's this dude that comes in there all the time buying the games and consoles and spouting off how he resells them for way more than what they're selling them for. The employee said that since we actually play the games that he would try to hide a few behind the counter for us next time.

@ Harper...Great find! WOW! Dont you just love the Goodwill? My husband and I stroll through the 4 in our area every week! But, My best find so far was EVO for the SNES at a garage sale. The bundle I bought brought the price to less than $1. So glad to see another lady who is into gaming and hunts those deals! Keep it up!!

Came in the mail after being away on a short trip:

Samba de Amigo Maracas x 2 - I won an eBay auction that read ambiguously or contrary to the photos, it could've been read as either one or two sets of Maracas. The picture had two sets in it, but I was still slightly concerned of some shady or misleading information. Thankfully, it arrived last night and both sets work. I cannot wait to start shaking some Maracas!

Total Cost: $60.

Harper, holy crap on that Shantae, I wasn't even aware how much that game went for. That and the other GB games are a steal too!

Wow! Very nice find! Agree, it slips by unknown by many sellers. Games finds such as this makes it worth digging thru boxes at Thrift Stores and Swap Meets. Once in a while I see GBA Atomic Betty and have a panic attack mixed up thinking it might be Gameboy Color Shantae. One day I'll find one too, congrats!
