Was Dragon Force on the PS2 in English? It makes no difference to its exclusitivity, but it'd still be worth mentioning if it's the only translated version of the game.

Officially no, but I believe there is a fan translation. There is also a translation of Dragon Force II - which I believe is exclusive.

Panzer Dragoon II (Zwei) is exclusive to the Saturn.

Fighter's Megamix was released on the Game.Com, and Panzer Dragoon Zwei does appear to have a PC release.

Its crazy how few exclusives the Saturn has now.

Why on Earth would anyone remotely care about the Game.com version, which is practically a completely different, 8-bit, black and white game..

And Panzer Dragoon Zwei is exclusive to the system, the only other release was on a obscure service called Gametap, on which the game hasn't been available anymore, for a long time now.

Becuase this is Racketboy yo. Some people here love 8 bit black and white portable games.

Still, those exclusives just don't have the same appeal that Radiant Silvergun and Guardian Heroes did, when they were still exclusives.

To bad they weren't released on the PC aswell. It really sucks that they were only ported to the 360's XBLA.

We could also argue that the Saturn versions are still "physical" exclusives since digital air on XBLA doesn't really hold any collector interest or value.
