Same here...I did notice that I didn't have the Path to War DLC though ... so...Entered!

Actually the site doesn't seem to detect owned DLC. So even if you own a certain DLC you can still enter giveaways for it .

You could ask your parents to get you a $25 prepaid visa or something and use that. It is hard being 14 and trying to buy stuff on-line. Actually, you can tie PayPal to a pre-paid Visa or other card, which is nice, but I don't know how their terms of use deal with minors, in either case.

We had a Visa Pre Paid card for a online purchase once. It didn't end well.
