Anyone ever hear of this set? Looks pretty cool, and I am sure that its a rare piece.

Pulled the pic to see up front, nice box and TShirt! Definitely a collectable since any N64 or XBox Conker tends to be expensive. I wonder if the promo version game itself is different with extra features?
