1. MYST for sega saturn was boring as hell at the time when people raved about it
2. DMC2 was a great game (although granted I played it before playing DMC 1)
3. Diablo was ok but not great
4. GTA 4 was an amazing game
5. GTA san andreas was too long and I didn't enjoy it nearly as much as GTA3
6. Xbox 360 controller still feels annoying in my big hands
7. Both Mario and Sonic games are fun to play but overrated
8. Spiderman 2 was great but overrated
9. Wolverine's revenge was a fun brutal game
10. Enter the Matrix although sucked for not having Neo was still very enjoyable
11. I found Max Payne 2 to be bland especially when compared to Max Payne 1 and 3.
12. I don't like overly long games.

My favorite is The Guardian Legend, but I haven't played enough NES games.BurningDoom wrote:Crystalis is the single best game on the NES, IMO.soul_hacker wrote:Crystalis is better than The Legend of Zelda.

At least I admit it! Every NES I've had has completely died on me. I'm usually good at fixing older game systems, but these... I just don't even know. If it wasn't for that, I would have played a shit ton more, haha.

Mostly middle and ring finger issues. I can get it fixed and all, but it is only temporary. For the price, I would rather just stick to not moving my fingers in certain ways. Its abnormal for someone as young as me to have this, but its not all that bad. Normal typing doesn't affect it nearly as much as gaming. Not sure why, maybe it has to do with the speed, or holding the keys? Not sure.Menegrothx wrote: Have you tried rebinding the keys? You don't have to use WASD if it's hard for you to use. Or are do you have difficulty using your little, middle and ring finger in general? Since on game pad you presumably use thumb for d-pad/analog stick and index finger for L1+L2
-I like rail shooters so much it hurts. I'd rather get those than about 60% of FPS games.
-I love Gears of War, and all the dudebroness it entails. (Not unpopular per say, but definitely not the main opinion on this website.)
-We need more Western games.
-We need games where we get to be the killers in a horror movie.
-Werewolf games need to be a thing.
-I hate when there is chiptune music in modern games.

Re: Do You Have Any Unpopular Gaming Opinions?
I hate modern games done in a retro graphics style for the most part.
To expand on this, I hate lazy retro art. Things like Hotline Miami are okay. But there seems to be a lot of retro styled stuff, just done that way out of laziness or out of a lack of funds.
I don't think every game should have a multiplayer component. I'd rather have a really fleshed out single player game, or a really fleshed out multiplayer one, rather than having the developer make concessions on either part.
I don't subscribe to the idea that a game needs to last a certain number of hours to be worth my money. If a game costs $50, but is only 4 hours, and yet those 4 hours are the most enjoyable hours of game I've ever experienced, it is worth it to me.
The N64 is a piece of crap. The Dreamcast isn't very good for much these days.
I like my controllers symmetrical instead of the 360 style.
I consider the Saturn 3D Controller to be one of the best controllers made.
I think the majority of games from the 32bit and 8bit eras have aged horribly and aren't really fun to go back to at this point. (Of course, there are exceptions).

Re: Do You Have Any Unpopular Gaming Opinions?
Have you tried replacing the 72 pin connector? That's all mine needed to get it working again. Failing that, you could always just get a clone system and play on that. Personally, I've considered picking up Retro Bit's NES clone so I can just leave the flash cart in the real system and not risk the pin connector wearing out again.soul_hacker wrote:At least I admit it!
