Sometimes the English translation makes less sense to me than the Japanese (which I don't speak).

Re: Electronic Music Thread
What a bizarre, cheerfully misanthropic song. It was also pretty awesome.

Re: Electronic Music Thread
Daft Punk's second ad in a ten minute loop.
The lyrics are pretty clear to me, but not to others apparently.
Edit
"We're up all night - Let's get back together"
"We're up all night - To get funky"
"We're up all night - To get lucky"

You kids with your new-fangled "electronic" music! This old fogey was enjoying:

on the gramophone this weekend while he was working around the house, and he is listening to:

and

whenever he drives his Lincoln Town Car to the Ol' Country Buffett!
Get off my lawn!!

I was very much into elctronic music when I was a teenager. My interest waned in my 20s, however. I really should get back into it at some point, but: (1) my wife is not a fan (and we each have a veto power over music whenever we are both listening); and (2) I spend all of my disposable income on video games...
Regardless, I had the good fortune of seeing The Prodigy live shortly after it released "The Fat of the Land". It was a great show.
