Sega Saturn laser assembly POV help

I am experiencing problems with my Sega Saturn Model 2. The laser was having trouble reading discs and I attempted to increase the voltage to the disc drive assembly as shown here: (http://www.mrvfone.com.au/sega/saturn.htm). I adjusted both knobs, but cannot remember where the original position of the knobs should be. I must have set it too high, because my Saturn blew its fuse and any fuses I put in to replace it have blown as well. Any help would be appreciated. I would find a picture of the original positions on the laser assembly to be the most helpful. Thanks.

The "original positions" can vary a lot. I'd instead just turn them all the way down and slowly adjust them back up in small increments until everything works like its supposed to.
