i've just completed it, it didn't take me to long as every time i played it, i thought i'll just play for half an hour or so but ended up playing for like 2-4 hours. It helped that i vaguely remembered some of the early areas from last time a completed it a couple of years ago. i'm going to try and unlock all of the graffiti/art as i've never done that before. hows every one else doing?

@Paulie12uk how do you unlock art? is it those emblems that are lay about in hard to reach places?

I just beat Kogane Circus and Graffiti High. The last one I found easier to do backwards, as the getting the 2 big ones on the shop canopies was just to stressful with the tanks after me. I found it much easier to get those then grind around the rails getting all the little ones while being shot at.

Which character do people like to use? I was using Garam, but I used Tag tonite as he seems easier to control.

I use Beat most of the time (big surprise, huh?)
But I used Gum to take the Love Shockers and she rocked :)

As for progress, I just entered chapter 2.
I've only been playing like a half-hour here and there -- I haven't done marathon-style.
Luckily, I've only failed one level on the first try so far.

So can anyone explain to me how to pull off turn-arounds (and jump twists)?

ye the art is the same as the yellow loading emblem that spins. i normally use beat but on the levels i fail my dying i use combo because he has more life. and i normally use garam for unlocking characters. i've found 70 out of 102 on the art so far.

and to unlock the art you need to complete the area your on and if your doing a graffiti or technique level you need to finish(and not exit) and save

Just cleared Garam's challenge. Haven't been playing that much as I need to share the monitor with the PC. Besides, the first time I played I was doing the tutorial* for over half an hour and couldn't do turn arounds very well (help!) and either that or something I ate made me feel queasy.

I never saw a tutorial like this. It is a misnomer, this "tutorial" is sort of like an optional, hard bonus level where they test your tricks skill. The real tutorial is unlocking the other 2 skaters right in the start.

Some of those "Graffiti Souls" are darn hard to get - I'm not going to try (I may have had enough of that sort of stuff with Ecco's Vitalits, which I think were less per level at least). Good luck getting them all Paulie.

Got through the first level of Chapter 2.
Man, that one's always tough for me. I ran out of time the first time and cut it close the 2nd.
Some of those ones high up on the walls can be tough to reach.
