"They stink?"

Great exchange indeed.

I mean, the guy is getting tortured but you can't stop laughing. The only thing that would have made it more over the top would to have "Milk-boarded" the living cookie.
Yeah that's a great scene. John Lithgow seems really underrated as a comedian for some reason, I think his delivery and timing are excellent.

One of my favorite scenes is Shrek likening himself to an onion and Donkey suggesting it should be parfaits instead, because "ain't nobody don't like no partfaits, parfaits is delicious!"
I use the parfait line daily. That and "My mouth was open and everything"

Lithgow is often overlooked for many of his talents. I mean did you know he is a fantastic artist? He is a great orator aswell and a raconteur of the highest ability.

The delivery of this line is what makes it even more awesome.

"PARFAITS!! Parfaits might be the most delicious thing on the whole damn planet."

Another "Ummm" reply.

Dude, parfait is usually "real Ice Cream" layered with deliciousness. What is better than a sundae topped with hot fudge? A layer of ice cream layered with nuts, hot fudge, more ice cream, more hot fudge and fruit, more ice cream, more fudge, and more ice cream.

We have found the one person who doesn't like parfaits. Hat's off Racketeers.

...they're quoting a movie, not making factual statements about whether people like parfaits.

Speaking of which, I could go for a parfait right now...

Oh, of course. I know I do. But he was responding to the movie quote folks. You, however, went down a different line in response to him. So he has derailed the thread to discuss how much people actually like parfaits, and you and I are discussing it. I wonder if it is a common trait amongst thread derailers not to like parfaits?

I want a parfait. Luke, how about you?
