I'm assuming the video being responded to, I don't think BoneSnap has ever had any problem with extreme vocals.

Haha, no problem! I watched the video and thought to myself, "What? Bone couldn't mean this guy. He must mean the original guy."

Personally, I have difficulty with some of the extreme metal variants, though I do enjoy Napalm Death.

That original video is basically "stop liking what I don't like" and I'm willing to bet pretty strongly that he mostly did it for hits. They say there's no such thing as bad publicity, after all.

As for personal taste regarding brutal death type stuff. I despise pretty much any band that copies the Mortician formula. 30 second porn/horror film samples, followed by a wall of blasting with 'slam grooves' thrown in here and there for good measure. It's like a bunch of guys did a horror movie marathon and decided to superficially copy Suffocation without bothering to figure out what makes Suffocation such a great band.

i personally hate most of that stuff so i am out on this one, dudes. if you wanna talk about thrash, powermetal, or hardcore, then i'm yer guy. but the scream/sing type bands really turn me off for whatever reason.

Thorr's Hammer gets thrown out so much at me that I'm starting to consider them over hyped. They're great! But I just get suggested them DAILY practically...
