Man. HORSE FEATHERS to me is a classic for many reasons. For one, the movie is over eighty years old and is still hilarious and clever. And then there is Thelma Todd.fastbilly1 wrote:Horse Feathers ...

I'm no perv, but I do collect Vargas prints. The pin-ups of the 20's and 30's to me define beauty. Thelma had that, in spades. She had everything I like in a woman. An unattainable temptress and tease who seems very coy until you cross the line; then you realize that behind the beauty, this gal ain't taking any of your shit.
Pretty sure the most famous "Pin-up" girl these days is Kat Von D.

And she was the tops in her day. Buster Keaton, Laurel and Hardy, the Marx Bros., everyone was mesmerized by her. Then you also have her death, which I don't think was a suicide or accident.
Either way, even though HORSE FEATHERS wasn't the best Marx Bros. movie, it is a treasure.
