Usually he has a good eye for old hardware so I said go for it and Ill paypal him later tonight. Since my brother is coming up next weekend this was just perfect. So $100 for a Vectrex isnt that great of a deal, I know, I know. Well there are no games for it but the accessory it did come with is a 3d imager with several color wheels. So I believe that is probably my biggest score of the year.
Very nice! Ah all the great Vector Space games. I have a couple of wheels and the games, but the very rare glasses have been out of reach. At least you have Mine Storm built in to hold you over until you can get some games. One of my favorites is Space War since it reminds me of the Arcade Cabinet with all the settings. Please post a pic of all the goodies when you get them, maybe you might have a light pen in the pile.

PS2 HD Loader - $2.00 Swap Meet
An older pressed disc and I thought only HDAdvance was a pressed retail. This has little use since it loads in an older hard drive format. An interesting collectable with manual to add to my other HD boot discs.

PS2 Final Fantasy Dirge Cerebus - $ 5.00 Swap Meet
This is a different take on the RPG. More action and an FPS mode as well.

PS2 Ghost In The shell - $2.99 Amoeba Music
3rd person shooter. I hope somewhere in this game I can drive the crab tank and scale walls like the PS1 version.

Jade Cacoon 2 - $3.00 Swap Meet
Been wanting to try this for a while. A lot of dialog to shift thru, a different type of "Pokemon".

Raw Danger - $3.00 Swap Meet
A disaster game, survive a flood. I start out as a waiter pushing a food cart
Oh crap, should have bought the Para Para Paradise controller from mjmjr25. :?

Star Trek Shattered Universe - $3.99 Amoeba Music
The worst of the three Star Trek flight games on the PS2. I only bought this to make the collection complete. Battle the huge Star Ships with just a tiny shuttle craft sized ship, can you say the odds are not in your favor?!

PS2 Stolen - $2.99 Amoeba Music
I really like the Metal Gear sneaking games. This one is really good with extra stealth options. The lock picking, sonar peek in a room and computer hacking screens are intense, especially with a guard rounding the corner. Installed to the hard drive since this will get repeat play.

PS1 Brigandine $3.00 Swap Meet
Another rare Atlus find! No covers or manual, but the disc is in very good condition almost as if seldom played. Upon testing I can see why, a complicated board game. Combine soldiers and move across the board, think Dungeons & Dragons. Not my taste, but another nice Atlus collectable.

Racketboy has it on the Rare list - http://www.racketboy.com/retro/sony/ps1 ... -ps1-games

Dreamcast NTSCJ Seaman - $5.00 BookOff
I was hoping it was the Christmas disc, ah well not a bad price. Leonard Nimoy is gone, replaced by a Japanese narrator. I wonder if Seaman will understand English? :?:

Just Edited my previous Reply. The games I have are 3D Crazy Coaster, 3D Mine Storm and 3D Narrow Escape. They do not work since the Imager is needed though. Gaaah I wish I had found those glasses when I bought the color wheels.

Here's my collection, the twenty dollar "Black White TVs" bought at the Swap Meet many moons ago. I modded a couple older Apple II joysticks to work in the Vectrex. The Driving Paddle works with the Spinnerama cart. :D

I'm still pissed about the $50 Vectrex I missed on craigslist a couple years back. Those things are like $350 on ebay.

I still remember when I got the first HD Loader release for my ps2. I think it was $20-30 when it first came out.

it'd be vectreces.

also $100 for a vectrex is really not a bad deal at all. the two that we sold at my old job last summer went for $200 and $300, but the $300 had the box.

Probably, but I prefer Vectri.

Sadly no box, but the 3d imager is worth a decent amount - I have already had a local friend offer me $200 for it.
