"Chili Con Carnage" has to be one of the best titles of all time. I don't know anything about the game, but with a title like that, I would add it to my collection regardless of quality.

Yay! My suggestion got mentioned

Here's another great kooky game that deserves a look:

Its a collection of mini games.

You obviously work to earn more games and useless trinkets. And it all ties in to the games nice title.

There are a lot of fun games. Some are very absurd, others hilarious, and others impossibly hard.

Some of the early games are pretty boring, but if you want to go the lazy route you can download someone's old save file.

There's bound to be one that will be your favorite.

Great work, looking forward to part 3.

Man, Youtube was not kind to that Pirates! footage. I imagine the jittery text would look fine if the video wasn't forced down to 30 FPS. I like how you mentioned Ridge Racer in the end, I've been playing Ridge Racer 2 a lot lately and have almost finished all the tours. Not a hidden gem obviously, but a great game. Actually, seeing how the sequel only came out in Europe and Japan it might be a bit hidden to USA gamers.

As for my suggestions:
Initial D, a kind-of port from the arcades.
Dariusburst
Goku Makaimura Kai, which a remixed version of Ultimate Ghosts'n Goblins that was only released in Japan and plays more like a traditional G'n'G game. Also includes the original game, so this is the release to get.
GunHound EX, very recently released mech action game, somewhat reminiscent of Assault Suits Valken and the like. Actually a port from a Japanese PC title.

Really good series of videos you have going on Metal Jesus! I think I prefer your hidden gems videos above all others since you seem to really show titles that i've literally never heard of before. Also I love that you cover a wide array of genres in these videos! You've been luring me back into the racing genre - a genre I haven't touched since Gran Turismo 2 over a decade ago.

Also thanks for reminding me about Pangya on the PSP! That was a game I wanted when it first came out, but I could never find it for cheap. I'll definitely be on the look out for that again.

Seriously considering adding two racing games to the next video. There are a lot of great racing games on the PSP. It did them well :)

PSP racing games could be worthy of a dedicated video. ;)

Nice Video man!

I liked the length as well since I had a bunch of stuff to do this morning and was able to squeeze in a watch.

I seen you added Pangya to the video, which was nice. A great substitute for those who want something alil different than the Hot Shots Golf Series.

Maybe you should check out the Rengoku series, I havent opended my copies yet but kinda looks like Otagi Myth of Demons imo.

Also gotta give Dead Head Fred a go, defintely has an awesome vibe.
Dark, funny, intresting plot and pretty polished in the controls and graphics department.
If you can see the future while remembering the past, you may just have control of the present.

Good pull on Gurumin. I still have yet to purchase to an English copy but have an Asian version of it floating around somewhere. But regarding hidden gems maybe you should look into some of the EU and JP games as well.

Some nice JP region game include: Initial D Street Stage, Any of the Gundam VS. Games, Macross Ace Frontier, Ultimate Frontier & Triangle Frontier. Parodius, Twinbee, and Salamander Portable, Darius Burst, Another Century's Episode Portable, Star Solider, Namco Museum Vol 2, Princess Crown, SNK Arcade Classics 0, and loads more.

The EU region also has a number of good games that were never released in the US such as Ridge Racer 2, Puyo Pop Fever, Tales of Eternia, Exit 2, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, and lord knows what else.

I'm sure there are more but those are about what I can come up with at the moment. Some are harder to find than others, but if you can get your hands on any of them you are bound to have a great time.
