Shadowrun Returns!

Post by J T »

The upcoming Shadowrun Returns looks like a proper follow up to the classic SNES and Genesis games. In other words, it looks badass!

Pretty damn cool.

And release is only a couple of months away provided there are no delays.

I think I'm gonna have to get this.

People I've never seen in the RPG forum postin' here for this!

I love Shadowrun, I've played all three 16-bit versions. Never tried that 2007 PC/360 reboot though, didn't look like my cup of tea.

Anyway, this Shadowrun Returns looks pretty badass. I'm assuming it'll be a PC download?

(and please tell me I'm not the only one who constantly mixes up Shadowrun with another series I love - Shadowgate. Whenever I see the title of either one I have to stop and think, "okay... now which is which?...").

That game has one and only one redeeming feature: it demonstrates WHY PC gamers hold their control scheme to be superior.

The interest here is minimal to say the least. I'm definitely going to play it, but I'd rather wait for a patch or two to potentially improve the experience.
