The new AVGN video, Ikari Warriors, is pretty funny.
Although one thing irks me - why the hell would James reference the Atari 2600 game and then not show any footage of it? Talk about a bad game! The NES port is at least playable.

The copy he showed looked sealed to me, he probably didn't want to open it. James is pretty opposed to pulling emulator footage and whatnot for his videos, everything is recorded off of hardware he actually owns.BoneSnapDeez wrote:The new AVGN video, Ikari Warriors, is pretty funny.

As one person I read somewhere smarter than I put it --
I (i) I (i) I (i)'m not gonna play Sim City!

Re: Random Gaming Thoughts
What disappoints me is the larger cities in the new SimCity are barely larger than the smallest ones in SimCity 4. So I've been playing that.ExedExes wrote: As one person I read somewhere smarter than I put it --

I let a friend borrow my copy when I first got it and he went full beast mode on all 6 of the scenarios, he unlocked the other 2. Damn. I'd not have the patience to do all that.

I use my current-gen consoles mainly to play ports of 25 year old arcade games.
I use my cutting-edge gaming computer mainly to emulate 8 and 16 bit games.
