What was the last movie you've seen?
Re: What was the last movie you've seen?
I expected to like Captain America more than Thor but I preferred Thor.
I just really love robotics stuff so even if Iron Man 3 and Avengers ended up pretty much equal I'd probably skew towards Iron Man 3.

For me,
Avengers>Cap>Ironman>Ironman 2>Thor
I think X-men 2 was better than all the Avengers related movies, except for Avengers itself. Though X-Men 2 does have a bit more depth than Avengers

Cap turns into a mess near the end. That drags it down a good deal for me.

I loved the end of Cap. I thought it was fun and action packed
Speaking as a total non Cap fan of course. So I'm not looking at it through a comic book fan's eyes.

You also left out how most of the action of Cap fighting the Nazis in the film is done in a montage.AppleQueso wrote:Cap turns into a mess near the end. That drags it down a good deal for me.

That's pretty much what I mean. From the moment that stuff starts all the way up until the movie kinda abruptly gets to its climax and ending.Ack wrote:You also left out how most of the action of Cap fighting the Nazis in the film is done in a montage.AppleQueso wrote:Cap turns into a mess near the end. Apparently, I hate myself, because I watched Resident Evil Retribution. Surprisingly, not nearly as bad as the last one (which was an atrocious piece of garbage, even for the RE flicks). Anderson still doesn't know how to tell a story ... so there's that.
IP Man is coming today ... so ... my torture is almost over. (I don't even know why I put these terrible movies on the queue)

Ip Man and Ip Man 2 are awesome movies! I tend to like most things Donnie Yen is in though, but those two movies have good stories to go with the action.Cronozilla wrote:Apparently, I hate myself, because I watched Resident Evil Retribution. A bad story would be more on the script-writer than on the director, wouldn't it?Cronozilla wrote:Apparently, I hate myself, because I watched Resident Evil Retribution.
