Smile: She's alright. She'll have surgery next week and won't have to spend much time in the OR. Not to sound cavalier, but I'm not that worried.
Sorry to hear that man. I hope she stays on the good side of health.

Thanks guys.

My Mother has beaten cancer, so although this won't be a stroll in the park, I believe she can handle this.

My real concern is my Pops. He sounded drained and concerned when I spoke with him, and that is a first. We're talking about a man who cut his own Father off a noose when he was only elven years old, a man who refused a Purple Heart in Vietnam (1st Calvary) because he saw no glory in war, and a guy who not only volunteers at multiple churches but also donates gallons of blood a year. Even in his mid-60's, he could kick my tail if he wanted.

But I can tell he is worried, which concerns me as I have never heard him sound so down in the dumps.

Hopefully all will be well after the procedure, and if not...Well, this is life.

On contract with Verizon runs me about $90 a month for 450 minutes, 100 texts, and some amount of data (in the GBs, I just don't remember how much).

My best to your mom Luke. Cancer and a heart attack. She must be quite the survivor.

Hope your mother's surgery goes well Luke.

Had a kinda shitty day, after feeling terrible my parents decided they wanted to go to Canton. (Flea market like place) It was like 45 degrees and was windy as fuck. Me and my dad walked around for three hours and found nothing. After we got back my mom picked up the mail and inside was what I thought was MGRR but it was Dishonored. That was fine, I had been psyched for the game for months, it was supposed to be awesome.
Twas' not.

Not nearly as bad as Luke's stuff that's happening though, that's for sure.

She certainly puts up a fight. Her Mother beat lung cancer while in her eighties. Grandma is in her nineties now and is still a pistol.

Smile: Last night was pretty amazing and even if the Walking Dead is a stinker again, tonight should be a lot of fun as well.

Had friends over for the Miami vs. Duke b-ball game, which did not disappoint. R.Kelly was astonishing to watch. After that and dinner wrapped up we played a few rounds of poker and enjoyed libations.

Frown: I'm broken and need to see my chiro. Im so stiff, and not in the good 'hey check out my boner' way.

Smile: Been looking for a specific ring tone from an old Nokia phone for literally like 2 or 3 years, and I found it today completely by accident.

The one I was looking for is called "Groovy Blue" and its from an old Nokia phone that my sis in law used to have. She gave me two phones to try and find it (so as to record it and make an mp3) and after a long time I finally got one of em to charge, and it didn't have it. Boo.

So Im on youtube looking up old ring tones and I accidentally tapped my phone in the wrong spot, and hit Groovy Blue - and that was it! Hilarious. now I just have to download it and assign it to her when she calls.
