What are you eating?
Re: What are you eating?
My wife made something awesome, but I don't know the name of it, it was basically baked sweet potato, covered with a ricotta and parmesean blend, sauteed mushrooms, spinach and garlic and finished with some pancetta. C'est magnifique!

Sorry to be a Debbie Downer, but making that sandwich is going to cost you upwards of $20 in groceries alone. Waste of a Rib-eye if you ask me, but I'm a steak purist so that's part of the equation.puke_face wrote:I haven't made this yet, but it's on my to-do list.

It's a sandwich/meal hybrid. There is no way to eat all of that in one sitting.Luke wrote:Sorry to be a Debbie Downer, but making that sandwich is going to cost you upwards of $20 in groceries alone. Waste of a Rib-eye if you ask me, but I'm a steak purist so that's part of the equation.
I'm usually willing to try anything steak-esque. This caught my attention because it's two steaks smashed into sourdough bread with onions, mushrooms, horseradish and dijon mustard.
From the moment I saw the recipe....

Anything that includes steak, horseradish, and a challenge I'm up for.
Or just steak. Or horseradish.
