it would help alot
This is a public school assignment - or is it elective. In either case, sounds horribly silly. I'd have my lyrics centering around how your teacher asked you to spend school and homework time doing parodies of awful pop culture songs.

it has to be a parody, but that's pretty fitting. The main part we had was
"NOw your just a state i used to own"

Frown: My car has become completely buried under a snow drift within the first 12 hours of the storm yesterday. When I say that, I mean completely buried.
Enjoy it while it lasts!

I'm still getting text messages on Northern Michigan University's emergency system saying the school is closed due to inclement weather. That, and my facebook keeps blowing up with snow day statuses. Vicariously, I get to enjoy their snow days.

 Recently found out that someone I went to school years ago plans to go on a shooting rampage at the school. From what I could tell, the person blames the at-the-time guidance counselor for all of his problems and previously set her car on fire and now apparently plans on going to the school with a gun and claims he'll make Sandy Hook look like nothing. It just freaked me out since long ago (around when I was 6), I actually lived next door to him.

How'd you find out about this? Do you know if anyone's alerted the authorities?

Yeah... call the cops man. Even if its a false alarm, but safe than sorry.

Really. The guy obviously has problems. If you get him arrested he might get the help he needs, especially if he flunks a psych eval. Be careful, though, not to let him know it was you.

If this guy seems serious and has a plan, then in Tarasoff fashion, I think you should contact both the police and the school and guidance counselor that might be affected.
