I hate posting in newly created threads that already had an existing thread on the forums. Feels like just a bunch of waste. That is why i haven't created many new threads here.
Oh look, another Random Thoughts thread. Haha, exactly my point. More waste for the sake of satire

(Also, I did not know that Blazing Angels: Squadrons of WWII was an arcade game...I guess you learn new something every day.)
Anything eligible for Amazon Prime will qualify for FREE super-saver shipping. So things sold and shipped by Amazon, or Fulfillment By Amazon third party sellers.
I know...I was just joking around a bit. (It could cost up to $1000 to ship something 1/2 ton arcade cabinet; so, FREE shipping on any of these would be a significant discount.)

Exactly. Useless repeat threads can be annoying, but the parody threads are not much better. I'm sure anyone browsing the forum today thinking of joining would be a little put off.
I think not posting in the thread gets the message across, and if you really want to inform the member, perhaps shoot them a PM notifying them as to why their thread is getting no response.
It's not like "always bump old threads instead of creating new ones" is some kind of universal rule though. I've personally been to many places that seriously frown on bumping especially old threads and actually prefer it if you just make new ones, so yeah.

I think it depends on the thread. Threads like these which exist to collect what would otherwise be a large number of threads with a couple posts in them should be bumped up. Threads involving real discussion which petered out 6 months ago probably shouldn't. But if the discussion was recent as of a couple days ago then it probably should.

And who said "It was so hot I was sweating like meatloaf. Not like the food... Well kind of like the food, but more like the artist known as meatloaf"?
I think maybe I said it and it's not an actual quote, but I'm not sure.
