GOG's new pricing test
GOG's new pricing test
Hey guys, GOG is testing the idea that if they lower prices on some games, they will sell better and will generate more revenue in the long run. They have created a test case which included dropping some $5.99 games to $3.99 and some $9.99 games to $6.99 for as long as the experiment lasts. In other words, these games have been dropped to GOG's usual on-sale prices. Sure, the games they have chosen aren't necessarily things I have been looking to purchase, but then, I won't complain that Warlords Battlecry 3 costs as much as a combo meal at fast food restaurants.
