No, it's the mechanical predecessor to Final Fantasy Tactics. It is set in the same universe as Ogre Battle, and a few of the NPCs you'll recognize from Ogre Battle.SNKnicotine wrote:hows that game, and Is it anything like ogre battle??Jmustang1968 wrote:Tactics Ogre

What model is your PSP? I don't know about the newer models, but you can get a lot more mileage out of a PSP2000 by getting custom firmware i.e. getting it hacked. Tons of different applications you can put on it, as well as lots of emulation options, and tons of homebrew games.
Holy crap I forgot about that game! It's an AWESOME puzzler, with a decent story too. It's FAR better than that ridiculously overrated, 3DS game Pushmo. Pushmo feels very much like a Nintendo title in that it has that sort of blandness that is typical of Nintendo games, while Crush has a very cool style to its music, cut scenes, and gameplay that feels very Sega. It's conceptually similar to Pushmo, but predates it and is a much better game.Nintendork666 wrote: CRUSH (some Sega-published puzzler that came free with Lumines)[/b]

Re: Must have PSP games!
Yeah, I played a little bit of Ogre Battle some time after I had finished Final Fantasy Tactics and I couldn't believe the sense of deja vu I got while playing it. FFT was almost a complete ripoff....but a really GOOD ripoff.MrPopo wrote:No, it's the mechanical predecessor to Final Fantasy Tactics. Re: Must have PSP games!
Chinatown is my favorite newer version of GTA, but I think it's mostly because I love the top-down view. That, and it's chock full of mini-games like drug dealing, tattoo artist, gang warehouse raids, etc. When you get sick of the story line, you can always fall back on mini games to make money/get trophies/have fun.SNKnicotine wrote:P.S for some reason, I can not bring myself to play Chinatown.
